How It Works
When something happens to your partial, simply file a claim and we'll reprint and ship you a brand-new replacement arch using your existing impressions and design on file. No new dental visits or impressions, no starting over.
One arch: Up to 1 replacement per year
Two arches: Up to 2 replacements per year (one per arch)
$49 processing fee per claim — that's all you pay at time of replacement
Without ResetCare, a replacement arch costs $299 out of pocket. With an active ResetCare plan, you pay just $49 — saving you up to $250 every time you need it.
