At ResetSmile, we specialize in partial dentures, offering a solution that's both effective and budget-friendly. Our affordable dentures are crafted from flexible Valplast, making them a great alternative to costly dental implants.

While we don't partner with insurance networks, our partial dentures are typically covered as an out-of-network procedure. You can also use your FSA or HSA for additional savings. ResetSmile makes getting a confident smile simple and affordable—often at half the price of in-network options!

To check your coverage, provide insurance details, and we'll guide you through the process, ensuring you have all the necessary documents and codes (D5225 for upper, D5226 for lower, D5284 for 1-2 tooth devices) to maximize your reimbursement.

FAQ

You may be eligible to save on your purchase! Our partial dentures may be covered by your dental insurance. Coverage varies by plan, but we can help you check eligibility. Simply click 'Insurance' at the top if our website, share your info, and we'll contact your provider to confirm if you're eligible for reimbursement. You can also reach out to your insurance directly. Most plans require a claim form and a receipt with procedure details, which ResetSmile will provide. For assistance, email support@ResetSmile.com or submit your info here!

ResetSmile and our licensed dentists do not work directly with any dental insurance networks at this time. However, our services and partial dentures are covered by most insurances as an out of network procedure, often with the same coverage limits as in-network dentists (but at half the price!).

Please contact your dental insurance to find out how to submit a claim for an out of network procedure. In most cases you will need to submit a claim form and a receipt that details the service(s) performed, procedure codes and information of the prescribing dentist. ResetSmile can assist you in obtaining these documents and provide the details related to your affordable partial denture.

Please use the following codes when submitting for your ResetSmile partial dentures.

  • ResetSmile Upper Device - D5225
  • ResetSmile Lower Device - D5226
  • ResetSmile 1-2 Tooth Device - D5284

Check with your insurance to determine coverage and out of network filing costs, if any. Because ResetSmile is significantly more affordable than visiting a dental office, most people find that ResetSmile’s partial dentures are the least expensive option even when compared to the discounted rates of in-network dentists. We offer the most affordable partial dentures that use the same treatments and materials you find at a dentist’s office.
