1. Receive an Oral Health report from a licensed teledentist — this review is covered by your dental insurance.
2. ResetSmile treatment as a covered dental benefit — if you are clinically eligible, your insurance plan can cover a portion of the cost of ResetSmile.

After verification, you’ll only be responsible for any applicable co-pay, co-insurance, or amounts not covered by your plan. You will not be required to pay the full out-of-pocket price for ResetSmile.
